Old Town Square

The Old Town Square is one of the most iconic and historic landmarks in Prague. Located in the heart of the city's Old Town, the square is surrounded by stunning Gothic, Baroque, and Renaissance buildings, including the Church of Our Lady before Tyn and the Old Town Hall.

One of the most famous attractions in the Old Town Square is the Astronomical Clock, which was first installed in 1410 and is one of the oldest and most intricate astronomical clocks in the world. The clock features a beautiful dial with Roman numerals, as well as an astronomical calendar, a moving sculpture of the 12 apostles, and a unique mechanism that shows the phases of the moon. You can watch the clock strike the hour every day at noon.
